The Polygraph Cassette – Episode 11 – The Long Kiss Goodnight

While last week’s post was rather ominous in a Christian Bale gargling Grape Nuts kind of way, today we return you to your previously scheduled playlist mix. With the rebirth of The Polygraph Cassette, the intent now is to tell a story while keeping the music (somewhat) listenable at the same time. This epiphany came during making Spy Vs. Spy when I realized how fucking boring the mix was turning out. Once I was able to take the shackles off and get in the mind of a character, it actually became a lot easier.

Which leads us to this week’s mix, The Long Kiss Goodnight. Brian came up with the idea of taking a page from Lovage and creating Music to Make to Your Old Lady By as a playable list. Well…that didn’t happen. Our protagonist this week remedies a boring Friday night and never knew what he was getting himself into when he decided to leave the house. Enjoy.
